Travel services presented or arranged by Reserved Abroad may be provided by independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, destination management companies, transportation providers, villa operators and other travel service providers.
Actual travel bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, payment requirements and cancellation policies provided to the traveller during the booking and authorization process.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented on this website is accurate and current. However, travel information can change without notice.
Hotel amenities, transportation schedules, entry requirements, pricing, availability, operating hours, experiences and other travel-related information may be changed by third-party suppliers or governmental authorities.
Information contained on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of availability, pricing or specific travel arrangements.
3. Travel Pricing & Availability
Unless otherwise stated, information displayed on this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation or guarantee of price or availability.
Travel pricing and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Where specific travel services or prices are advertised, additional terms, restrictions, deposit requirements, final payment requirements and supplier conditions may apply and will be disclosed as required.
4. Planning & Concierge Fees
Reserved Abroad may charge professional planning and concierge fees for certain services.
The applicable fee and services included will be communicated to the client before the fee is charged.
Planning and concierge fees compensate Reserved Abroad for professional services, research, trip design, booking management, supplier coordination, travel documentation, concierge support and other services specified in the client's agreement.
The refundability of any professional fee will be disclosed before payment.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Reserved Abroad does not charge its own cancellation or change fees for travel reservations.
However, airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, villas, destination management companies and other travel suppliers may impose cancellation, amendment, change or non-refundable penalties.
The specific supplier terms applicable to a client's travel arrangements are disclosed during the booking and authorization process.
Clients are responsible for supplier-imposed charges associated with cancelling or modifying their travel arrangements.
Refunds for travel services are subject to the applicable supplier's terms and conditions and processing timelines.
6. Travel Suppliers
Reserved Abroad acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services provided by independent suppliers.
Each supplier is responsible for delivering the services it provides and maintains its own terms, conditions, policies and operational procedures.
Where permitted by applicable law, Reserved Abroad is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, cancellations or other circumstances caused by independent travel suppliers or events outside Reserved Abroad's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Canadian or Ontario law.
7. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
Travel documentation and entry requirements vary according to destination, citizenship, residency, itinerary and individual circumstances.
Clients receive relevant travel-documentation information during the booking process and are responsible for ensuring they possess the documentation required to travel.
Government requirements can change without notice. Travellers should verify current requirements with the appropriate governmental authorities before departure.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance may protect travellers against certain unexpected circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, emergency medical expenses and other covered events.
Information concerning travel insurance will be provided where required by applicable law.
Coverage, exclusions and eligibility are determined by the applicable insurance policy and provider.
